Billing and stock for shops and supermarkets

Scan, bill, print a GST tax invoice and keep your stock and sales reports in one place — from the same Homely account you use at home.

What you can do today

Barcode checkout

Scan or search products, split payments across cash, UPI and card, hold bills while you serve the next customer, and print an 80 mm receipt or an A4 invoice.

GST-ready invoices

Prices include GST. Each invoice shows your GSTIN, HSN codes, CGST and SGST (or IGST), round-off and a sequential invoice number per store and financial year.

Returns and credit notes

Issue a credit note for returned goods. Stock goes back on the shelf and the GST reverses in your reports.

Stock for every store

Import your catalogue from a spreadsheet, receive goods, adjust stock with a recorded reason and get low-stock alerts. Add as many stores as your plan allows.

Staff roles

Owner, manager, cashier, stock keeper and accountant — each sees only what their job needs, and can be limited to one store.

Reports for your accountant

Sales, payments received, GST by rate, top products and cashier totals, with a CSV download of every bill.

Good to know

  • Homely prepares GST-ready invoices and reports. It does not file GST returns or generate e-invoice (IRN) numbers — please check your obligations with your accountant.
  • Payments are recorded as received; Homely does not process payments or connect to a payment gateway.
  • Billing needs an internet connection. Offline billing is not available yet.
  • Every business is private to its owner and staff. Nothing is public.
